Spira-Inspired Looks - Wakka

So a while ago I had an idea about doing eye looks based on FFX and X-2.  I finally started writing things down yesterday, and here is my first one!

I knew I wanted to do orange and blue with the Wakka-inspired look
I feel like it wraps up his personality, appearance, and the look of Besaid in one
