I saw on makeupbee.com that they were doing an Inglot Tropical Look Contest and the first thing I thought of was looking up tropical drinks.  I fell in love with the colors of the Blue Hawaiian cocktail, so I got a chance to use my Inglot DS 473.

I had the worst time with my eyeliner today, I'm not sure what was up.

Most people know that about 7-10 years ago this stuff was pretty much known as cheap preteen makeup.

I've found a new fondness for Wet 'n' Wild.
Most people know that about 7-10 years ago this stuff was pretty much known as cheap preteen makeup.
But now Wet 'n' Wild has been elevated to good drugstore status.


I want to point out that Wet n Wild states that these have a semi-matte finish.  However Spotlight Red and Mauve Outta Here have a more satin finish while the Just Peachy is more matte.  It really comes off as a different texture from the swatches to the lips.  Weird.

There are a lot of peacock-related looks recently and I wanted to try one myself.  I love these colors!
I didn't want to make it too dramatic, but I'm gonna play around with the colors and make a different look sometime.
