Covergirl, you said "glow" and "luminous", not sparkly!
The packaging can be misleading.
(The color runs a little dark as you can see.)
Ok, so in normal light it's not exactly sparkly but it is shimmery. It does pretty much make your skin look glowy.

If you get in strong light, well then you'll look like a glitter bomb.
The packaging is pretty standard for a loose powder, but the lid is a bit of a problem. The lid doesn't screw on, you just lift it off basically. While I've never had a problem with it, I bet it could spill everywhere if you travel with it.
